Managed operationsNDISHome CareAged Care

A provider's world has two halves that aren't the care itself. We run both.

Two offers for Australian NDIS, home care and aged care providers. One partner runs your operation. The other builds and backs your workforce. Onshore people, our own platforms, and a named Australian company answerable for the outcome. Alongside your team, not instead of them.

Both handled. Nobody senior was woken.

We answer the call, and we finish the job. An answering service takes a message and hands it back.

01

The event

01

It is 4am, a shift just fell over, and someone senior is awake finding cover.

Left the desk
02

A worker's screening lapsed three weeks ago and nobody noticed until the roster did.

Left the desk
03

The records an auditor will ask for live across a drive, two spreadsheets and one coordinator's memory.

Left the desk

Different businesses, same event: work that reached the desk and left. The desk is a 168-hour job staffed for 38.

02

168 / 38

Every unfilled square is a call that rang out, a credential that lapsed unnoticed, or a shift that fell over with nobody on it.

How it works

01

The review

We map your call, booking and coordination workload, and what it is costing you today.

02

The baseline

Week one. We measure your current numbers inside your own systems, before we change anything.

03

The desk runs

We take the workload, and the monthly report shows every call, booking, recovery and event from day one.

05

Scope

What we don't do.

Nothing clinical: no triage, no advice. Urgent matters route straight to your team under an agreed protocol. Nothing at the front counter: greeting, payments and in-person care stay with your people.

01

We do not triage. We do not assess urgency, and we do not give clinical advice. Anything clinical goes to your on-call clinician or your Authorised Program Officer, under a protocol agreed in writing before we take a single call.

Never
02

Your duty of care does not transfer. Incident classification and notification stay with you, and what we hand over is a complete, timestamped record to make them with.

Stays with you
03

Coordination follows the cover lists and written rules you give us. Anything outside them is escalated, never decided by us.

Your rules
04

Every hiring decision is yours, and deciding whether a worker suits a particular participant stays with you.

Yours
05

We work alongside your team, not instead of them. We never deliver supports or care, and we never hold the participant relationship.

Boundary
06

Onshore team, Australian owned, and your data stays in your own systems.

Access and privacy

What we can see, and what we cannot.

01

Named coordinators, each with their own login under your own access control. Never a shared account.

02

Permissions limited to the parts of your systems the work actually needs.

03

Your information stays in your systems, and stays in Australia.

04

A written agreement that mirrors your obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles.

05

We can be named in your privacy policy as a contracted service provider.

The small business exemption

Providers that deliver a health service do not get the small business exemption from the Privacy Act, whatever their turnover. Your obligations are the ones we work inside.

07

Why now

+4.75%

Award wages rose again on 1 July 2026, with superannuation now at 12%. The cost of the next admin hire rises every July.

SourceFair Work Commission; ATO

46% vs 13%

46% of Australian small businesses grew revenue last year. Only 13% grew headcount.

Before you add the next salary, we'll benchmark the workload against the actual cost of that hire: your numbers, not industry claims.

08

Measurement

We won't quote you an industry statistic.

We traced this market's most-quoted numbers to their sources, and most dissolved on contact. So we don't use them. Instead we measure your desk: every enquiry, response time, booking outcome and reason lost, reported monthly. Every industry figure on this website carries its source in the same breath.

Proof of operations

This isn't a proposal. Our desk answers after-hours calls for Australian care providers every night of the year, inside their systems, to their escalation protocols, with a structured handover waiting every morning.

Questions

Straight answers.

One runs your operation, the other builds and backs your workforce. The Operations Partner takes the after-hours line, roster and call-off coordination, intake administration and the statutory records. The Workforce Partner runs recruitment for your own team, onboarding, induction and training administration, and the pool behind your roster. You can hold either or both, and neither requires the other.
