Why Novada NDIS, home care and aged care Australia

We measure the work. Against your own numbers.

Every practice and every care provider has work that is not the care itself: the phone, the bookings, the rosters, the hiring and the records. Whether the place holds together is decided there. It is also the part almost nobody measures.

What we runDefinition
01For practices

the enquiries nobody got back to, the bookings, the recall list and the billing behind them, inside your own practice software.

02For care providers

the rosters and what they cost, the hiring, the screening, the training records and the payroll, inside your own systems.

01

The measurement promise

We won't quote you an industry statistic.

We traced this market's most-quoted numbers to their sources, and most dissolved on contact.

Figures attributed to colleges that never published them.

Never published

Dollar-per-missed-call claims with no study behind them.

No study

American benchmarks dressed up as Australian ones.

Not Australian

So we don't use them.

Instead

Instead we measure your desk: every call and event, what was answered, what was escalated and what was recorded, reported monthly against the baseline we took before we changed anything.

02

How we work

Four rules we don't bend.

01

Alongside, not instead

Boundary

We never replace your reception, your coordinators or your managers. We take the function, not the people: the enquiries nobody got back to, the recalls and the billing, the rosters and what they cost, the hiring and the records. What stays with your team is the care itself and every decision that turns on the person receiving it.

02

Nothing clinical, ever

Out of scope

No triage, no assessment, no advice. Anything clinical routes straight to your team under a protocol we agree in writing before we take a single call. That boundary is in the service agreement, not in fine print.

03

Onshore and Australian owned

Standing

An Australian team, working Australian hours and Australian rules, inside your systems. Your data stays where it already lives.

04

Your systems, not ours

Standing

We work in the software you already run, whether that is your practice software or your care platform. Nothing migrates, nothing is replaced, and you keep the system of record.

03

Proof of operations

This isn't a proposal. Novada already runs back office functions for Australian care providers: rosters read, workers recruited and screened, records kept current and payroll run, inside those providers own systems and to their own protocols.

That operating capability is the credibility base for all four services. It is the same team and the same discipline.

04

Book

See it against your own numbers.

Thirty minutes on where the work is going now. You leave with an honest view of whether there is anything here worth doing, and a meaningful proportion conclude there is not yet.
